Lukáš Králik in an interview for Forbes: There are enough vacant offices in Bratislava, but their share is decreasing. What benefits can companies negotiate?

A relatively common phenomenon also in the capital of Slovakia is the conversion of the purpose of use of buildings from office to residential. As Lukáš Králik MRICS explains in an interview for Forbes Slovakia:

"One of the more fundamental reasons for this phenomenon is the uncertainty of developers about the future of leasing office space, whether due to the mass delivery of new buildings to the market, which has been ongoing in Bratislava since 2016, but also due to a change in the perspective of the tenants themselves towards the necessary size or even the need for space as such."
