The new offices at the Polus Tower I deliver a quality and modern premises combined with a great location and excellent social amenities."

The Polus Towers office complex announced the official completion of its office remodelling and modernisation work at the end of 2015 and by this time more than 5,000 sq m were leased out. The Office Agency team at JLL, in addition to Pivovary Topvar/SAB Miller, secured more than half of these leases for companies such as The Soft, Essilor and Audatex Slovakia.

"Following the refurbishment, Polus Towers are now being successfully leased, which highlights the justification and attractiveness of our project. Polus Tower I is nearly at full occupancy, and Polus Tower II continues to add new leases," noted Karel Bor, Country Manager Asset Management Office, Czech Republic and Slovakia, IMMOFINANZ.
